The answer is YES! , Yes, its font colour can be changed, you can also change its colour in a simple way, so why wait let’s begins with the steps

Step 1: First of all , you need to open Command Prompt , for this you click on “Home” in the taskbar , then search the keyword “cmd” or “Command Prompt” and then press “Enter”.

Step 2: Now the command prompt appears , so, type the code “color /?”.

Step 3: now the first colour code is corresponds to the background while the second colour cade is for the foreground.

Let’s Execute it

NOTE : Also this can be done in a different way

Step 1: you have to “right click “ on the topbar of the command prompt .

Step 2: now you have to click on “properties” .

A dialog box opened name “command prompt properties”

Step 3: now select on tab named “colors”.

Step 4: Select the colour you want, and this process is easy as you have a preview box, where you can see its preview.

But, in my opinion, the first method is easy, but it is not necessary to do it by this process, you can do it by your own wish.
